Mission Statement:
PAC 8 exists to insure fair, equal, and high quality access and voice for all individuals and groups of Los Alamos County. PAC 8 serves as a community resource for the gathering and dissemination of information through multimedia forums.
Goals:
- Provide access of equipment, facilities, and air-time to any qualifying member of the County of Los Alamos and/or member of PAC 8 according to both the policies of the station and the resources available to it.
- To improve both the quality and quantity of cablecast programming to the community through technology and training.
- To serve as a source of local information, supplementing local radio and print where appropriate.
- Encourage active participation in county government and community activities.
- Provide training to members of the community.
- Encourage and empower the Los Alamos Community to explore the visual arts through active participation in public access.
- Increase membership, volunteers, productions and quality of productions.
